The program seeks contractors who choose asphalt roofing and install beautiful and high-performing systems. The Washington, D.C.-based Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) has named three winners of its annual Quality Asphalt Roofing Case-Study (QARC) Awards Program.
